Is Obama Care Constitutional?

Is Obama Care Constitutional?
The following is the first paragraph of the US Constitution and it should answer the question:
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
These great words have guided us moving forward.

Is Obama Care Constitutional? Is Auto Insurance Constitutional?

Obama Care has been challenged with if it is constitutional. Just read the first paragraph of the US Constitution and it will give us the answer.
Why no one question about auto insurance? Is it constitutional? Not sure when auto insurance was individually mandated? I guess it has been around for a very long time. So we are all use to it. It is a way of life. No question is asked.  New thing is hard for people to accept even when it is good for us. I bet after 80 year like car insurance we will become accustom to it too.  After all it is only do good to people like auto insurance.

Which Party Am I In?

This morning I received a phone call from an independent political polling companie as before I participated in a poll regarding gun control and the recent Supreme Court's ruling of strip searching people who committed minor criminal offences.
I was asked which party I am with. A good question, which party am I in? I told the polling representative that although registered as Democrat but I much more preferred to be considered as member of…. hum… "Reasonable Party". I told person on the other side of the phone line that I don't like ultra “Rights” or ultra “Lefts”. I don't like intolerance. I don't like extreme point of views. I like reasonable and sensible policies, attitudes and point of views and constructive and non contentious criticisms.
So I just became the first member of a nonexistent or not yet formed Reasonable Party.  I bet there are millions of Americans just like me.
